From the moment I stepped into Poseidon Spa at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Charlotte this morning, I knew I was in for a special experience. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. My massage therapist, Precious, truly exceeded my expectations. Wonderful service and calming atmosphere!
worst experience ever! showed up for my appointment at 4pm , but was told to leave since they have to close at 5 pm because im not goint to get 50 mins. however the closing hour is 7 pm!!! later on they call me for an opening next day at 4 pm to make up for their mess!! next morning i called to cancel since i really couldnt make it and they charged me cancellation fee! this is stealing ! awful!
