I really wanted to leave a positive review because the actual services I received were excellent. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the billing experience and the lack of response from management. I received a gift certificate to Poseidon Spa for my birthday and finally decided to use it almost a year later. I wish I could give more stars!! My partner and I had an incredible experience at The Spa at Grand Bohemian! Our couples massage with Chris and Karen was both relaxing & also therapeutic (exactly what we needed). We also enjoyed the Vitamin C Facials with Deaundra and Thao, and our skin was absolutely glowing afterward!
