Service was amazing. The space is very small. Patrons change in the singular bathroom so you could wait 10 minutes in the lobby in the bathroom while someone gets dressed. The lobby is very nice but again, very small. There is a rooftop patio with amazing views that you can utilize while you wait.
Beautiful spa. My massage therapist was amazing - it was a great quality massage. I was not offered a robe or anything but other people seemed to get that. They did offer a drink before and champagne after. Biggest concern was a 20% “service fee” which they said was the only money the massage therapist made, and then they also asked for a tip. Amazing service! Staff makes you feel comfortable and tended to. The masseurs were phenomenal!
I received a gift card from my friends, so I booked a CauseMedic deep tissue massage. It was absolutely phenomenal, I was so relaxed and rejuvenated. High recommend 10/10
