Today is the third time we used this company and each time customer service has been above and beyond excellent. Today, as an example, we called them in the morning with a break in our waterline and they were out here within two hours and fixed it. Chris and Jose were very efficient in reviewing the problem and fixing it very timely. We highly recommend Poseidon, irrigation and landscaping.
Josue has consistently provided excellent work in our community. By word of mouth alone his clientele has almost doubled . We have encountered unexpected breakages in our water line where Josue had immediately responded, resolved the problem, and did not take advantage in his billing. He is always fair and stands behind his work. He has earned both our trust and respect.
