Run for the hills!! Had pool heater installed end of season last year. Pool was closed 2 days later. Pool was opened this year and used heater for first time. 2 days later heater was busted. Can not be fixed leaking water. Said it was due to unbalanced chemicals and the ph was too low. The heater was dumping copper into the pool and therefore can not raise the ph level. Pentair and Poseidon refuse to cover anything. Worst experience in business to date. Told me I’m out $7500. Compete rip off. Do not use this company!!!! It g... read more
What a great company to work with. My wife and I are extremely happy with how our pool build came out. Jordan and Julissa were easy to work with. They handled every aspect of project with great communication and professionalism. We recommend them to anyone looking for a pool builder!
We have used Poseidon at 2 houses for pool installs, I still use Jordon yearly for open and close. This company is second to none! They are kind and professional. Won’t use anyone else!
I had a fantastic experience with Poseidon Pools. Julissa was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, and Jordan brought his expertise to the field every step of the way. Their price was extremely competitive—but what really stood out was the level of service, which far exceeded expectations. It was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Highly recommended!
