Avoid this company at all costs. Completely unreliable. Changed/cancelled visits at last minute and sometimes didn’t even advise he couldn’t turn up. When he finally arrived and completed the job, 4 months later the replaced shower pump failed. On attempts to contact him for the warranty information he has ignored me completely. Also found out he massively overcharged us for the pump purchased aswell. Please do not use this company. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

- Beware! I was robbed of £2,000 by this unscrupulous contractor on MyBuilder. Initially, this 28-year-old lad seemed quite genuine, very eager for the work, and portrayed himself as a hard-working individual trying to prove himself to his grandparents.
