Called AMERICAN HOME SHIELD regarding a leak in my bathroom sink. On March 7 2025 AHS contractor, Poseidon Plumbing responded to my home. The contractor advised that he couldn’t fix the leak that day and the work needed would require authorization from AHS. The contractor advised he would send the request in on Saturday March 8th. On March 11th I contacted AHS and asked if they’d received the work order from Poseidon Plumbing and they had not.
