The time came for my ageing Worcester boiler to be replaced. Having visited the Worcester Bosch website, it was important to have an authorised installer. WB recommended a couple in the locality and Poseidon Plumbing was the only company to respond. Having dealt with Russell before, he carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He arranged for the old boiler to be collected and provided useful information about the new installation. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Finding reliable trades at the moment is challenging but these guys were recommended to me to install our ground-source heat pump system. Despite being really busy, they turned up within 10 days to assess the job and provided a quote within 7 days after that. Difficulties sourcing materials for other jobs meant the start date had to be postponed once but when they arrived they stayed on site until the job was finished. Not performed the follow up boiler service as promised a year after instillation and was very rude to me in my own home. Not recommended
Brilliant service from a brilliant company. Would definitely recommend!
