The coral was amazing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the service. Comparing the dive instructors to other parts of the world, they did not seem as concerned about our safety or creating a guided experience. Teddy lost his cool with our group largely because of poor pre- dive planning. Very disappointing considering where we were; I was certainly not the only one in our group to feel this way. What a fantastic experience! This was our first dive as freshly certified divers, plus one family member who came along for snorkeling. We had a great time, everything was organised perfectly, the team was energetic, attentive and helpful, and boat, amenities and equipment were super. I can definitely recommend this tour!
Incredible, super well organised experience, it was the highlight of our 3 weeks trip. The catered food was 5 stars, the teachers were top notch, special shout-out to Hannah who was such an engaging and safe PADI trainer, and Alice who was unstoppable with Marine Biology knowledge and helping everyone around. fantastic experience. really awesome day on the reef, welcoming service from the check-in desk at the marina right through to the farewell on the dock from the skipper and crew. professional dive instructors, amazing lunch and breath taking reef sites. i’ve been diving all over the east coast over the last twenty years and can’t recall a better experience of conditions, service and value. thanks to all the staff and crew. highly recommended
What a great trip! Extremely well organised to get three amazing dives and plenty of delicious food in the day. Our dive instructor Gordon was excellent and gave us space to enjoy ourselves while going above and beyond when needed.
