Top notch customer support by Jason! Unbelievable- stayed on the phone with me for an hr to help reprogram shades and set limits. Patient and helpful! Fantastic- the shade was stuck - and it took a long time to figure out there was a small beetle inside the vent that was jamming the action
⸻ I could not be more pleased with the work Charles and Poseidon completed on my 2016 Grand Banks 55. I explained to Charles that, unfortunately, many vendors who come aboard end up damaging something. He took exceptional care throughout the entire process — not only ensuring the boat was protected, but leaving it in better condition than when he arrived. That level of professionalism and respect for the vessel is rare. I highly recommend Poseidon, and I strongly suggest requesting Charles as your installer.
Charles did a fantastic job with our motorized blinds on the 60' Horizon. VERY professional,thorough,and just an all around good guy!!
