WE LOVE OUR HOME! This house is the second custom home that we had built, first one in Michigan and now our forever home in Florida, so we understand the process and things that happen during the build. Absolute lack of respect for neighbors during the building process. From Spray dust caking my car parked adjacent to the building, to construction debris littering my yard and drive way. Zero etiquette when they build homes. Disappointing level of professionalism. Do better.
So happy we used Poseidon Homes to build our house! Quality work and attention to detail! Leaving our site clean as well. Donovan's expertise and professionalism was impressive and we Highly Recommend.
We can't recommend Andy's services highly enough. He was impressively thorough, spent the time to ensure we understood everything he was seeing and recommending and has gone above and beyond to provide his insights as we move through the purchase process. Our home inspection took roughly 5 hours to complete. His write up was 50+ pages long and contained every single detail I could think of with exceptional detail that was consistent with the explanations provided in person. P Donovan is the owner, and Susan is the office manager , of Posieidon Homes located in Cape Coral , Florida. Both Donovan and Susan have been fantastic to deal with. I have a new construction and any issue I had ( as is the case in new homes) was dealt with pleasantly and promptly. I can't say enough positive things about my experience wotking with Poseidon Homes.
