We like to visit Poseidon at least once a trip but most years we hit it up a couple of times. We tend to have their sushi rolls and bowls and the kids have their beef burger and corn dog or chicken fingers. The food is always good and the servers are attentive. We typically go for lunch and sit outside which gets pretty busy which is a good sign they are doing something right. Came back two days later and had another great lunch. Nice location. Huge outside bar and seating area. Lots of indoor seating.
