Professional and prompt ! They were great explained everything and my pet stained carpets literally look brand new super happy with the results !
Joey arrived on time and was very polite. Overall the carpets came out very good. A bit disappointed no furniture was moved. For example in my grandsons bedroom, there’s a small toy box, ottoman and lightweight crib. Nothing was moved or cleaned underneath. When receiving an email it specified they move furniture with the exception of beds, sectional couches, which I didn’t have. I had Jake and Joey come out for some carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning and they did a phenomenal job, my floors and couch look brand new
