So, I ordered my third X model, the Gen 3. It is a great value, but I thought it was not the Cascade green that I requested, however once in the sunlight it really glows. So, I sat down with a hot cup of coffee and began to true the wheels. They both needed it, but only a bit. Deceptive business practices , avoid company Purchased one bike, I genuinely wanted to love the company. I was sent another bicycle by mistake.I reached out to customer service for an exchange or a refund. I was told that it was not eligible because box had been opened due to shipping damage. I asked for a refund, advised 250 store credit could only be given on a day old bike. Opted for them to put the bike together at their brea headquarters and Scheduled my pick up on their website. It was a straight forward and easy pick up they go through everything if you are unfamiliar with bikes. I got the poseidon X initial impressions feel great, hub sounds quality and is quite. Shifting is smooth as the do tune it up for you as part of the pick up process.

Their advertising is great, I’ll give them that. But you do get what you pay for. My pedal striped only using it a handful of times and couldn’t get the pedal screwed back in. It’s just a cheap bike.

After much research, video reviews and Reddit suggestions...I landed on your Poseidon Redwood. Amazing clearances, well thought out components for the money, a brilliant frame with so many mounting points...and brilliant value. The only problem? You're in the United States ! I hope you have plans to expand to Europe/UK? Whether you have plans or not, keep up the good work. You are helping to keep the bike industry real, grounded and affordable! ‍♂️
