Just recived my new hydrocolloid duplicating unit, I just ordered last week and so happy now I'm replacing my old Posca unit after 25 yrs.. Was at the grocery store today and saw somebody driving a truck with this company name on the door unloading their groceries into it. When they were done they then left the cart in the parking lot and didnt put it away. Dont do that, and especially not while advertising your company, come on now. Edit: Love when companies reply to a review trying to evade responsibility. In this case, the team member you're referring to had no problem pushing around a cart on foot while inside the store, pushing it to the middle of the parki... read more
Great customer service!
Went to purchase supplies and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner and his daughter took the time to explain which products work best with certain supplies. Definitely continuing to do business with Posca. Plus walked out with some samples!
