These guys not only showed up on time, but they created a perfect landscaped house. I pretty much gave them carte blanche on creating the landscaping and they delivered! Everything looks perfect. So perfect, that a neighbor, that wins often on the best landscaped garden in Shaler, told me she loved what they did and now she has competition. Posa Landscaping has been our landscaping service for many years, and we have been completely satisfied with the work they do--not just mowing our lawn weekly but also suggesting and making improvements to enhance the look of our property. The owner of this company was made specifically aware that we had dogs, but his employees chose to willfully leave a gate open that they could not get to close. They did not mention this to us. While I think they broke the gate, that wasn't the point--the point is that they left it open, knowing we had dogs, and didn't notify us it had been left open. We have had Posa Landscaping take care of our properties for over 40 years. When we started with Posa, it was owned and operated by John and Emileo, the current owner's father and uncle. Dino, the current owner, was a young teenager. Upon the retirement of his father and uncle, Dino has been running the business. Meticulous, customer focused and fast. FAST: We had them put in a new patio and outdoor fireplace. They came out to look at the backyard space. We discussed design options for both the fireplace and the patio. They gave us a quote. We scheduled a date. They arrived as scheduled and started work right away. WHAT A JOKE!!! If you like calling at all times of the day and still only talking to an answering machine, these are the guys. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They don't call back on a timely manner. I called 2 or 3 times to set up a time for them to look at my house and give me an estimate. When they did call back, there was an excuse as to why it took so long to return my call. They showed up, discussed my job request, and was going to give me an estimate. I was told it takes 2 weeks for the estimate. 3 weeks go by.... 4 weeks go by... read more
