I contacted POSRG to sell 13 pallets worth of POS equipment from a restaurant chain that was switching providers. I worked with Pete in the sales department and got a quote for the lot. The initial quote was for $15k and we had an arrangement that in a few months, all equipment would be centrally located and palletized. When the time came to make the deal, his offer went down to an insulting $5k. We will never do business with this company again.
They are terrible service providers. Do not recommend
They fixed probably over 20–30 of my Zebra printers already. Always quick, They knows exactly what to do, and gets them running perfect every time.
Best company to work with, I ordered with confidence knowing it was backed by a leader in POS technology. They sent out 9 registers for my store, replaced my old ones and help integrate with my current system. Also had their technicians on site so I didn't have to lift a finger. Highly recommend 👌
