Had a good time working there but things went down road ever since I move to production I was taught by nothing but old workers coming to work with anger issues problems everyday I showed up to work with a positive attitude never angry it just wasn’t right for me to be taught by people with anger issues.
No complaints from me. Some real friendly people here.
Some incredible people work there. The pressures put on managers to run the business a certain way forces their hands into some things that are distasteful. Hiring me at 19 an hour with experienced techs teaching me things making 16.5 or 17. Below inflation raises for even the hardest workers. While I was there they were bought out by a company. They removed profit sharing, and bonuses. Their health care plan is worse than before. Their 401k matching is worse than before and not good in general. They hire most people as temp... read more
