POS Nation offered money to take down my review. What a terrible company. Terrible team, horrific software and non-reliable hardware! if you are thinking about purchasing a pos nation stop and look somewhere lese. I purchased one in late aAugust 2018. The package came a few days later , 2 of the components were missing. They arrived 2 days later. we tried to set up , the printer didnt work. The people for training ( a third party) had no clue about the product . 5 days later i was not able to use the product i gave up and callede them to ask for a refund and a return . Dear future customer, I have improved my ratings of POS nation from 1 star to 4 stars after having long conversation with their customer service and sales director. He looked into my issues and helped resolved most of the issues that we are having. I am very impressed with their effort to ensure all my previous complaints are resolved. I do recommend to consider POS nation if you are looking for on stop POS solution that includes hardware, software and full technical support.
