I manage a facility that installed Porvene doors in 2019 based on a vendor recommendation. Part of the sales pitch was that Porvene was local and would have quick access to parts. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. A new gate grill took 6 weeks and when it arrived, it was the wrong size (ordered based on Porvene serial numbers.) Extremely displeased with their production times.

Awful company to deal with. I'm a general contractor and they sold me a roll-up door 12 years ago with no issues. I wanted to add a LiftMaster opener to the door and they now won't sell to me and instead ask that I go through a D28 contractor that raises the price on a simple E/O $100 part to $3170 installed. Run from this company - they're happy to sell you the doors but when it comes to parts, expect to pay as much for a simple part as the entire door costs.
