My experience with Dr. Som was excellent however my experience at the hospital on January 13th was far different: my wife and I called the hospital number 3 or 4 times a couple days before the 13th to ask questions Dr Som gave us before the surgery. we asked our questions and all said they would call back but NONE RETURNED OUR CALLS! My wife googled the hospital and found a different number and finally had all our questions answered at 3:30 the hospital day before the surgery for the pacemaker. I love Dr Som..He listens very well to my concerns and we discuss treatment options and he explains why or why not we should do this or that..He's a great doctor..The staff are very sweet and helpful..I just love them..I highly recommend Dr Som
