I have been with this practice for 14 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. My current doctor, Dr Erin Turkington is so kind, caring, patent and approachable. Anytime I have called with a concern, I have got an appointment very quickly, often on the same day. I have always been put at ease when worried and been met with kindness and reassurance.
you can only make an appointment up until 2pm? Yet they close from 1-2pm???
I have been with this practise for nearly 6 years. I honestly have very little positive to say. The receptionists bring the rating of the surgery down. They are incredibly rude, and show little assistance or empathy, understanding or compassion, in all aspects. Having moved to another surgery, I can say my meds are ready in 24hours, I am contacted if there are any concerns worries , I am not left wondering what is going on, and I'm not having to re order chronic medicine after a few days. The locum Dr's are absolutely brilliant if it wasn't for them the practice wouldn't survive. As for Dr Turkington who runs the practice if you happen to see her please follow up on all of her work as her professionalism is alot to be desired. I need hearing aids waited a year after seeing said dr and told I was referred to find out a year later i wasn't. Also needed to be tested for sleep apnoea still waiting 18 months later as nothing has been done. So moral of the story check up 24 hrs later to see if what you have been to... read more
