very disappointed after I bought a trailer light set up for my boat I hooked it up myself and it didn't work ask if thay would test it to see if it was defective and was told that it was a 100 hour service charge on something thay sold me once they get your money it's over will not do business with them again after I have already bought 3 trailer hitches. good riddens

Outstanding knowledge, service and professionalism. I was overwhelmed by Shonna and Matthew. They saved me nearly $500 verses the RV dealer for my electronic brake control, weight distribution system and installation. I would not go anywhere else for my trailering needs!

Good customer service but had a dog nip at me that’s a no go for didn’t even provoke the dog won’t be coming lost me as a customer
Portsmouth trailer did an excellent job on my trailer. They had to redesign the spring setup and completely rebuilt the axles, bearings and brakes. The craftsmanship was excellent and the customer service was even better! Thanks to Donna and the staff! My boat rides better than new on it and I highly recommend their service to anyone!
Anyone else ever take trailers in to Portsmouth trailer to get work done with an appointment and they not do anything to the trailer the day of an appointment. My appointment was at 8:00 am. Told me wil work on it tomorrow. This is prob just my bad luck. They said they have a job before me that turned out to be a large one. If not do tomorrow I am thinking of just going back to get it. It will be worth it if they do a good job. If happened to you, how long was your trailer in their shop?
