Went through y soft touch today and no soap and no blower won’t be back
It was a good place until 2 or 3 months ago. The soft scrub side is terrible blower hasn't worked for a couple weeks, wash seems to spray water only, no soap/cleaner. Lost my business for sure.
Update: do not use. You will be lucky if 1 in 10 washes is a good experience. I use the side that only sprays soap, etc, and water on your vehicle. It's been my experience that the process doesn't always rinse well enough, leaving soapy and or waxy drops on your paint. It would be nice if they would extend the drying time too. The problem with spots left on the paint after the cycle finishes isn't one that happens with every wash, but often enough to be annoying.
