The reviews really are on point, this lab is by far the worst on the Seacoast. No appointments allowed, so you have no idea what you’re walking into. I had a phlebotomist who poked around my entire arm 4/5 times and couldn’t find a vein, and I have plenty. Just awful.
Camden was amazing!!! I did not feel a THING. It was the best lab draw I ever had. Other than that everyone was efficient. I got checked right in. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Would highly reccomend going there for labs :)
I had no problem with the Lab, but had a terrible experience 4 times so far in Portsmouth ER
Do not bring kids. They fished around in my 2 year old sons arm with a needle and literally just couldn't figure it out and recommended we go to the hospital nextdoor to have them try. They quite literally had no clue what they were doing, it was supposed to be a simple blood draw.
Overworked and understaffed.
