This is a review specifically of the medical records department at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Their hospital uses a third party system to handle medical records and you can't speak to a human when you call. You have to leave a voicemail and they don't call you back, even when all contact information is properly left (I've tried three times over the course of two weeks). As always, the staff was courteous and friendly. The hospital was clean and easy to navigate.

Was admitted on 7/1 to address my hip fracture. Corrective surgery was completed on 7/2 and discharged on 7/4. I cannot say enough positive feedback regarding the care I received. Katelynn, Henry , Che and Kali all deserve honorable mention for their assistance in helping a hurting old man try to get comfortable and address my needs

The People I met and who cared for me during and after back surgery, were the nicest, most knowledgeable, caring and helpful people I have ever met in my 62 years of life. They were simply put, the greatest. I couldn't appreciate my experience at Portsmouth Hospital any more. They helped me so much to get through a tough period that could have been very difficult without such wonderful nurses and great surgeons.
