This has to be the worst city I've delt with thus far. Most of the case managers never pick up their phone. They should be open mon-thurs because they close early on Friday's. Inspections take 2-4 weeks after the City has done theirs. Confusing thought housing was with the City of portsmouth. Just horrible how are these places helping when they cause stress, confusion, lack of communication and lack of care for the community.
