Dba Atlantic Radiology. They send you to collections as their normal billing practice. Then the collection agency tries to threaten you when you want to see a bill and not just pay an arbitrary #. Shady, everything else about Portsmouth hospital was great.
Actually a ZERO. I'm writing on behalf of my poor neighbor who has had nothing but problems with this radiology dept. She has been given the runaround with numerous phone numbers, and never gets a return call. I'm glad, yet so disheartened, I read the other reviews. I would highly suggest using Seacoast Radiology at WDH for excellent, professional service!
Almost6 hours for a xray to see if ribs are broken. At 8P doctor said I was next read Now 910
Same! Billing issues. Paid the bill, no contact for several months, suddenly I get another bill. Called and EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENT. Still harrassing me for payment. Hope they are ready for a lawsuit. Worked hard on my credit rating. Anyone up for a group lawsuit for damages because of harassment, damages on our credit ratings, damages for ignoring us? Damages for being incompetent?
Like other reviewers, this wasn’t good. It’s been 6 weeks and no word on my xray. I’ve called multiple times. I also talked to billing because they told me at the front desk in radiology that there would be no additional charge for my xray and in fact I keep getting bills (2 so far) one from Portsmouth and one from someone else who was involved that’s a different charge. Can’t get anyone to tell me results of my xray or to get an answer on why they told me there was no fee with my blue cross. Ugh.
