Family member in dire need of help. Called 5 times absolutely no response whatsoever. No call back, nothing. We continued calling and they never, ever responded. We ended up in the emergency room due to complete lack of even telling us they couldn't take in new patients. When the world professes a need for stronger mental health support and those responsible for providing it simply ignore those in need, I would say that is being unprofessional at a minimum.
