I cannot recommend Portsmouth Jewelers enough! From the moment my husband and I walked in, we felt so welcomed. The lovely couple who owns the shop are incredibly warm, kind, and professional. We felt terrible because we arrived near closing time, but they didn’t rush us for a single second. They were so patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we felt valued as customers. It’s rare to find such genuine, attentive service! And of course, they’ve got plenty of beautiful pieces!!!
Wow! Wow! Wow! I came into Portsmouth jewelers to see if they could reset diamonds from my Great Great Grandmother’s ring and they were able to. They worked with me throughout the entire process and were incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects. And the ring turned out phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish. Very friendly and funny guy. Everyone is very welcoming and the store is gorgeous, he also fixed my watch for free. Will definitely come again when I have a lot of money to spend ⌚️
