I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by this dental office. To begin with, contacting the office by phone is nearly impossible. Calls placed throughout the day—when the office opens, before lunch, during business hours, and even before closing—consistently go unanswered. Because of this, I was forced to visit the office in person simply to confirm whether they accepted my insurance and if they were accepting new patients. I want to be very open with my review. I have read several, and honestly, the picture some of you painted is just no true. I started coming to see Dr Frank in 2024. I was so afraid because I had not seen a dentist in over 5 years. The last dentist I had seen told me, I would lose all my teeth. I was sad and depressed. My health was not the best and neither was my teeth. When I walked in the office the staff was very friendly! Big thank you to Dr Frank and his Staff! You all are amazing and so friendly! Each one of my family has transferred to there office and are just amazed by them. I had a bad experience at a different dentist, and after covid I just knew I wasn't going to have luck finding a down to earth office that was going to be honest with me. But I knew my teeth needed to be looked at and are important to me, and you guys are that place I was looking for! Thank you!! You all are so appreciated!
