I am so furious with Dr. Frank that I had to let it process overnight. Yesterday I went in with a painful tooth. They set me down in the chair and I waited for him to come in only to tell me that he no longer took my insurance because they kicked him out. So you mean to tell me I came all the way there in pain for you to say to me, "I'm sorry I can't help you." That could have been a phone call. He has no idea what I'm going through and what it took to even get there. I just thought this was very inconsiderate and selfish.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by this dental office. To begin with, contacting the office by phone is nearly impossible. Calls placed throughout the day—when the office opens, before lunch, during business hours, and even before closing—consistently go unanswered. Because of this, I was forced to visit the office in person simply to confirm whether they accepted my insurance and if they were accepting new patients. I want to be very open with my review. I have read several, and honestly, the picture some of you painted is just no true. I started coming to see Dr Frank in 2024. I was so afraid because I had not seen a dentist in over 5 years. The last dentist I had seen told me, I would lose all my teeth. I was sad and depressed.
