Tried to call my worker back right after she had called me on last Thursday no one picked up called 3 times back to back . Called this morning somebody finally answered, tried to get transferred to my worker the lady who answered the phone said no and she would Just take a message saying I called . Then I asked could she let her know I’ve been calling since last Thursday with no response because no one had been answering the phones she said “I probably won’t tell her that but I will tell her you called this morning “
All the staff are great except for Ramy. She has no business working with children especially ones with special needs.
