Pet Parents BEWARE One of the vets did not diagnose my toy Chihuahua early when we brought her showing signs of neurological problems. Had to locate another vet to get her diagnosed properly by then it was to late and she suffered blindness and loss of her equilibrium due to the brain damaged suffered from this degenerative disease called NME. Love this place! Casey Animal Hospital, now "Portsmouth Animal Hospital" is the best place around! We have been with them for over 7 years. We have rabbits, and it is very hard to find a vet for exotic animals. We are very pleased with the Doctors and staff, they are always there for us and work with us to keep our pets happy and healthy.
Casey Animal Hospital is a great Animal Hospital The staff have always been attentive, professional and loving toward our pets. When our dog passed away, they sent a nice sympathy card. That was above and beyond humane.
Poor customer service NOt impressed with the people who worked here, I brought my dog in who had been hit, and they were more concerned with getting payment immeditaly , showing no compassion for our feelings. We have not returned with our other anmimals , and dont think we ever will
