They picked up my mother n law first time to transport her to the Pickering House. They left the gurney out side.. while raining. Two EMT's walked in.. male and female. They told my husband, her son They left gurney outside because they didn't know if they could carry her and gurney down the steps (5-6 steps) to outside.. we told them that she is severe COPD and emphyzma (spelling)... and can not walk very far.. but while they're duscussing if she could walk to the bus, mom walks from bed room, livingroom and down the stairs... read more
I live across the street from them this is the second time I heard them over the intercom of their ambulance, this just happened again at 10:10pm first time I didn’t catch what they were saying but had a medic with the Lancaster Fire Department hear them and he didn’t repeat what they said and instead just said very unprofessional and that’s probably why they work there. Tonight I heard a male putting his sirens on and off three different times tell someone else to hurry up. So in my eyes again very unprofessional. Go inside... read more
