Portsmith Condo is spending owners money like no one’s business. Now we have several stainless steel trash cans in the garage. Guess what? BMW uses the same trash cans at their concierge lobby!! Should I tell BMW that? lol
If you're looking for a place that makes moving in/out impossible, I've got just the place for you! What should have taken us 2 hours, took us 5. You cannot use the main entrances, or even the secondary entrances (or they fine you a MINIMUM of $300). The moving truck or trailers don't even fit in the garage. And you must load/unload your truck on a steep hill. What a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere
