Great place
A great location to explore Airlie and the Reef with kids. We enjoyed the big balcony with views across the Marina. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with spacious living areas and a well equipped kitchen (both essential with teenagers!) We particularly loved the pool and the lagoon in town was also a good swimming spot. John and Colleen were great hosts and particularly helpful when we were planning and booking. We will definitely be back!
Very comfortable, fully equipped 1 bedroom apt we rented for 4 nights. No long, uphill treks..right by main road close to town, beaches, restaurants and marina. Colleen and John really have their "stuff" together, friendly, hospitable, so helpful and accommodating..also great personalities/humor. Pool was supet clean and jusy perfect. Would definitely stay here again
We absolutely loved our accommodation.... We arrived on Xmas day and due to no fault we packed alcohol to have a few Chrissy drinks that evening but our check-in luggage was delayed.... John our hostess was most helpful in lending us more that a carton of beer ... Absolutely legendary.... Took out Christmas from stressful to stress-free.... The rooms are clean and super close to all shops and restaurants... Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.. straight across from the marina ... Couldn't be happier
