I came in for a simple oil change and to check my brake lights, but what I got was a total ripoff. They called me with an outrageous total, claiming I needed new wipers—even though mine were brand new. Worse, they didn’t even bother to get my approval before adding extra charges. To top it off, they passed my state inspection a few months ago, even though my front headlights were out. How does that make sense?
