Rented at Lofts in Levee for one year. Office manager called asking if we could be out by 14th of our last month and receive half rent back. We said yes and did as they asked. When we received our refund back it was a small fraction of what it should have been. The manager at that point, because there is so much turnover, told us he would look into it. But did not look into it or would return phone calls. Would not recommend!
This was our second time working with Paige Klein to buy a home. Her communication skills were outstanding, and I never felt like we were left in the dark about any part of this process.
