I went with Portside real estate after hearing good things about them from the next door neighbours in Lemontree Passage. I must say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. Not only did they achieve top dollar for the property but nothing was too much trouble when I needed a little help sorting things out for the sale.
Portside real estate were the agents through whom I purchased my home in 2023 when it was time to sell I contacted them as they had been so professional and helpful with my purchase. My home was listed for sale this year and sold on the second inspection, the negotiations were fair and handled well by Dave and Rod Keers. These people stole my bond by providing totally false information. They claim that the tribunal decided in their favor but they lied to the tribunal as well. Portside Real Estate lied to everybody including the owner and the tribunal to get a decision in their favor. These people are not worth dealing with, their only interest is their bank account.
