DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PORTSIDE! BUY FROM NORTH EAST MITSUBISHI INSTEAD. Extremely disappointed in Portside Mitshubishi. I’ve had quite a few issues and glitches with my brand new outlander which needed sorting out and unfortunately the customer service has been horrible since the moment I picked up my car. The latest straw was when I received an engine malfunction warning and rang Portside where the advice I was given was that I don’t drive my car enough and have a flat battery so call RAA. Purchased my car from Portside today and cannot fault the service at all! Rob was excellent in his service right through to the business team. Cannot wait to pick up my new car!
