Still waiting for my car to be repaired after 3 mths of sitting in their yard/workshop. Communication is ridiculous. If think that someone from Portside would make contact once a week to give you an update on your car, you’d be sadly mistaken. I doubt that the workshop personnel are anything other than service mechanics or parts changers being directed by the one fault finding technician. Very disappointing.
My son brought his new car as he wanted to update, the finance person was really helpful, he went out of his way to support my son, thank you so much for your support.
