Poor management, no communication, after purchasing a new vehicle in 2023 that has warranty issues I have been lied to and have had email requests ignored when sent directly to the dealer principal, I do not recommend this dealership and strongly recommend avoiding Portside motors.
I want to personally thanks vanessa and Sanja in the service department for helping solve my problem this morning also i big thanks to sam in sales thanks we own a cherry which we purchased new from your dealership and woukd highly recommend anyone to come down talk to everyone if wanting to purchase a new car
I enter the service centre and hear a male voice (rep/salesman?) "yeh some Punjabi bloke..." Bare in mind, a new staff member (Indian descent) was at the service counter and heard it very clearly. This is disgraceful.
