I recently had my boat serviced at Portside Marine. The service cost $1150.55. A lot of money, and more than I expected, but no doubt justified and I do believe they do a good job. The problem is that I was not notified to ask if I wanted to go ahead. To make matters worse, the report noted that the transom was soft, and when I picked the boat up, it was recommended that I get it checked.
