although the service from the lady over the counter in the past has been above standard if they are not open when advertised l wont be travelling out of my way there to spend my hard earned cash anymore, this is the second time l have arrived to a closed shop when it has been advertised open, l am very disappointed

Great customer service; had my boat motor recently replaced and couldn’t be happier, they went above and beyond, and will highly recommend Portside to friends and acquaintances

Purchased a Seajay Swift from Portside Marine. Michelle & Anthony are great to deal with. They organised an extra to the boat that wasn't a standard option, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend their business to fulfill your boating needs.

I recently had my boat serviced at Portside Marine. The service cost $1150.55. A lot of money, and more than I expected, but no doubt justified and I do believe they do a good job. The problem is that I was not notified to ask if I wanted to go ahead. To make matters worse, the report noted that the transom was soft, and when I picked the boat up, it was recommended that I get it checked. I did get it checked and discovered the transom is so soft that it is not safe to take the boat on the water. The boat is a write-off! To ... read more
