Bought an (in stock) boat three weeks ago! Still no boat! Placed multiple calls to dealership and multiple calls and texts to sales person (no response). What does it take to get response from this business? Worst customer service I've seen. Attempting to get at least an update prior to filing a complaint with Florida AG and Excel corporate. Bought a trailer from these guys and also had new trim tabs installed. The best trailer and a great price. Talk to Chris sales guy he is great. He got me in and out with out any problem. Gave me a killer deal and is just an all around great guy. Josh in service. Great guy as well. Not only did they replace my old trim tabs, but they filled the old holes with gel coat. These guys did it again. They installed underwater lights, center console lights, new fuse box/wiring and bait well lights. If you want quality work for a good fair price go to Portside Marine. Very satisfied Jim Johnston
