We bought a wonderful Furninova couch from Portside, then months later ordered some of the couch fabric so we could recover a chair. Everyone there is so friendly & helpful. So worth it to make the trek around the hole in Broadway during subway construction.
Great selection of high quality products with good and honest deals. I called Portside Interiors to inquire about a sectional sofa. It wasn't listed in their inventory, but they were able to contact the manufacturer to get a quote on a custom order. They were able to provide a discount on the standard rate and were fully transparent that other stores may still be able to get better pricing depending what I wanted. I was given all the options, with price and customizability and they were very professional and informative.
