Went to order a Chery 5E Ultimate, placed a deposit, and organised a novated lease for the car (through work). Things seemed really good. I was told I would have the car before Easter. I provided the novated lease company details early the following week. I was then told that the car in the yard was damaged during the completion of the novated lease paperwork, and that they had not seen that earlier, even though I had checked the car in the yard, and could not see any damage.
