Got my tiggo 4 pro urban,no probs, good sales ,would of given 5 but they forgot to tell me the urban doesnt have the engine cover on the urban, only ulimate.So have to order as an extra.Oh Good coffee too.....

Sorry to leave such a bad review like this but I had the worst experience as a customer in my life . 1st of all I like the chery brand it has a nice cars however today I went to purchase a car for my wife I met the person responsible for sales (won't mention name ) and I asked about the car model I after and he told me there is few cars left I choosed the colour and it's instock and we start negotiations about the price and he been asking the owner to approve the deal and after more than 1 hr waiting he came back last time t... read more

I Called twice today, the first time nobody answered so I called back, someone answered but did not say anything eventually they hung up the phone after I said hello 3 times. Very rude person who picked up the phone, and it cost them a sale on the cherry 8 ultimate.

Vish was super nice and really helpful when we bought our first Chery car. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car!
