First time going to a self - service car wash I was very confused at first but David answered all questions and helped immensely. He’s awesome!!
Normally, I wash my own car and have been fairly pleased with the pricing here. Today, there was a line for the self-wash bays, and I chose the touch-free wash bay instead. Paid for the supreme and found it left a lot of soapy water on my car. Brought it to the attendant's attention, and he pretty much blew it off and walked away like my complaint didn't just happen.
