I typically refrain from providing negative feedback; however, I feel it is necessary to offer constructive criticism in order to enhance the quality of service and the ethical standards adhered to by the service provider. On a recent visit, we encountered a sales representative who repeatedly overlooked our presence and attended to other customers.
