This was on a Thursday and I was told to call for an appointment on Monday at 10:00 am as there were not any available when I rang on the Monday at 10:00 am I would not be put through so I rang back at 10:15 same again and at 10:30 so I rang at 11:39 i got through and was finally told there were no appointments all week. Even though I did exactly what they said i could not get an appointment and could not get through. Very bad service do not use these people
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting staff with disgusting attitudes towards their patients. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS PRACTICE!!
System online does not work.Yet i still keep getting irrelevant txts telling me to book tests i don't need..one i had done at hospital and ws told do not need again for 5yrs.Does it no longergo o your GP notes if you have surgery.Also for jabs i already had.Do they get paid for sending these txts..are they classed as appointments?Please stop sending them.I can't get an asthma review or inhaler but can have multiple tests and jabs.Ridiculous
If i could give a 0 I would I'm am writing a complaint on behalf of my Mum Now this is the second time this has happened. My mum 2 months ago March 2025 was blue lighted to QA hospital with suspected urosepsis, my mum had been to the GP in Cosham park house and Pauslgrove surgery twice prior with vomiting and trouble with urinating. Both times wasn't tested for a urine infection and was only prescribed sickness tablets to help with the vomiting and nausea and it was brushed off as flu and was told to rest and drink fluids.
