Wednesday February 14th 2024 called Port's about my gas stove imitation wood stove fan not working making a burning smell! Less than 1hr and one of Port's Service Techs arrived at my location and cleaned and serviced the fan so that it's like new! Extremely professional, very informative to what the situation was how he cleaned and fixed the situation at a price that doesn't break the bank! Owner did not show up for scheduled appointment for oil furnace service for the 3rd time. Would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for reliable and truthful I suggest you seek it elsewhere
