I had a great first appointment at Portray Salon yesterday. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, my name was on a welcome new client sign & I received a gift! Pam was great! She asked questions about what I wanted and listened. She made great suggestions and I love my cut. I will definitely return!
Came in for a consultation on a Wednesday. I had a hair emergency. Was booked for a single process the following day. Andrea understood what my hair needed and found the perfect color for my roots. She's a professional and very easy to work with. I was treated with such friendliness and respect. I felt like a VIP. This salon is all about skill and customer service. I highly recommend Portray. Shout out to the stylist, Gabby, for taking an interest in my needs and sharing her knowledge of the Davines products. 🩷💜🩵
