Just an FYI, you have to put a credit card number down to schedule an appointment even if you have insurance? This just to schedule an appointment

I made an appointment with a therapist which was not available for a month. Went to the appointment and it went well. Scheduled my second appointment with her for a week later. I couldn’t not make the appointment so I went to reschedule it and it canceled my appointment and there’s nothing available for a whole month. So I decided to just make arrangements and keep my existing appointment. So I called and no one picked up for 30 minutes. The system they have is horrible and needs to be fixed.

it honestly seems like a joke with all the things that went wrong in my experience with this place. I wanted to have Kaylene as my therapist, but her only opening was in 2 months, so I waited and didn't look for any other therapists because I wanted specifically Kaylene since I thought she was the only one (based on online descriptions) that could really help with my problem.
