Saying that this is the worst place to live in ever would be a grave understatement. For starters, none of the appliances are ever working. I've had huge problems with the washer and dryer making weird noises and making the clothes smell funky, but all complaints get ignored. The office girls claim to be doing something about any issues brought up, yet nothing changes. Refrigerator and cabinets are cracked but they'll blame you for it. Brianna was excellent, fast and efficient. She led me through my unit smoothly and made sure the unit functions properly. Gave me clear instructions and so far I’m satisfied with the apartment!
I lived here for more than 6 months. When you looking at apartment, they are not open about price. They tell you 1 bedroom is $1200 and they are giving you discount for $200. So you think you are getting apartment for $1000. But later you will find out there are charges for trash, water, parcel pickup that you need to pay for even if you never use it. All those little fees round up to be $200. So you actually pay $1200 for 1 bedroom with “discount”. Plus electric and internet that you get on your own. The place has cockroach... read more
