My experience visiting the office was fantastic. April, who gave us the tour, was incredibly professional, kind, and sweet. She also mentioned a wonderful program where the office keeps canned food available for residents; if someone is struggling to afford dinner, they can stop by and pick up an item to ensure they have a meal. It’s clear this community truly cares for its residents." I am still waiting for my application to be approved. Wish me luck 🤞
Never had a good experience with this place although we did have to leave from here about three years ago now i always look at the reviews and it looks like people are STILL going through the same exact experiences we had endured there. Everyone’s mentioning Irene and yes it’s all true. Even had one guy (not gonna name him and make him lose a job) but he definitely told us that she was knew at the time and didn’t care about anything. I toured this apartment recently and had an amazing experience thanks to Zaria. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. Zaria’s positive attitude and knowledge really stood out. Highly recommend asking for her if you tour here!
Irene is a disrespectful & distrust worthy staff member of this property. She refused to give a perspective residents of this complex respect & honor the move-in date. She refuses to do her job per the complex policy. Leasing staff members are to keep the future residence informed of the next steps, any payments any paperwork, and any questions the complex has to keep the move in schedule, which Irene did not do. If you plan on moving in to these apartments DON’T, the gate up in the front is always broken and anyone walks in. And don’t even get me started on the roaches, I had no roaches before moving here and now the place is filled with roaches. Also the rent just keeps going up, why!? I have no idea but just don’t waste your time with these apartments
