DONT LIVE HERE, the girls at the leasing office are rude and don’t like their job. Gives HOA vibes for place that doesn’t have much amenities
I love living here! Christian and Genesis are always so helpful, friendly, and kind; they both jump in to solve any issues and keep the residents updated with timely emails. Ernie is fantastic! He keeps the grounds clean, especially the trash/recycle dumpsters. I'm so happy with my apartment and living here. Highly recommend living in this great community.
Moved here around end of Oct of last year. A bit skeptical at first due to low rating. Once I saw that it was “bad customer service” and nothing of what is wrong with the apartments i decided to see for myself. The customer service was and is still phenomenal 10/10. When you place a work order it is handled quickly and they always follow up if the issues is fixed. This apartment complex is nothing but great and well maintained.
