I recently moved in and it’s been a great experience. Serena and Christian have been attentive and helpful as I get settled in. She’s been answering all my questions and my concerns have been addressed immediately. I also enjoyed renting the club house for my son’s birthday. Very nice and clean community. Very thankful to have people like Serena working the front office.
I’ve lived here for two years and would absolutely recommend living at Portola Plaza. The manager, Christian, is absolutely amazing. She cares so much for the residents and is always so responsive. All of the staff are wonderful, available, and kind. Maintenance is always on top of things and the complex is well taken care of! If you’re considering moving here, do it!!
