This restaurant always excels. We’ve never had a bad meal here in the service is warm and friendly. A great neighborhood restaurant.U
Great food for brunch, lovely service. My only complaint is the choice of silverware, the very long fork and knife with very thin perfectly round handles are hard to manipulate and use. The rounded fork handle spins around when you try to use any force through it. These would be particularly difficult for anyone with dexterity issues like arthritis.
Paying your employees is an ordinary cost of business and should be included in the ordinary menu price, not hidden from customers in a surcharge, even if it's acknowledged in a footnote on the menu. That these surcharges are becoming increasingly fashionable among dishonest businesses doesn't make them any more acceptable among respected restaurants. The burger is so yummy! Also I looked a the brunch menu prices accidentally even though I ordered during dinner and they honored the brunch price and charged me for that. So nice
